VTG 40s 50s I. Magnin Small Half Hat Derby Fedora Italy Retro Black Tassel Scarf. Maker is I. Magnin (high fashion, luxury department store from San Francisco (1965 - 1995) and stamped South (? hard to read) Body made in Italy. Excellent condition, very soft furry fuzzy wool or mohair material, brim is self trimmed along with a wide grosgrain ribbon in a scarf-like tassel design. Mid-Century 40s 50s era (guess). Small size, likely made to fit with a jaunty slant. Great for church, holiday party, garden party, high tea, opera, ballet or other special occasions. Please see pics for measurements.
